Team.

Today just finished the PF test.

Not very confident. -.-

These days are busying with the coursework.

And then I realized that teamwork or team spirit is very important.

Actually, why want to have group work in assignments?

Usually people might say that it demonstrates our ability to communicate & discuss with other members.

But the outcome is not what people say.

Instead, it may not working effectively.

The major problem in a group work is the ideas are not thoroughly discussed as a team.

Sometimes, we don't even make a discussion for our assignment.

We just assign the work.

Who is responsible for which part.

Then, we start doing our own part.

Admittedly, this is not a good way to complete assignment.

It sure will not get good grades in this strategy.

Some members may not contributing in the assignment.

Or they might just do their work perfunctorily.

For instance, copy and paste the exactly same sentence from the website without giving any reference.

It's already violate the plagiarism statement in first.

Second, it will not come out with a good assignment.

What I want to say here is,

Assignment or any group coursework really need a very high degree of team spirit.

All of the group members should have the same expectation on it.

Same contributing effort and getting the same grades.

It only can deal with the fair treatment.
